Anyone submitting a listing, must own the rights to the images, logos, documents etc. submitted with the listing.

Any provider that lists a service, product or activity on our website must have all relevant Working with Children Checks in place as well as relevant insurances including appropriate public liability insurance and workers compensation insurance. Certificates of Insurance may be requested by Engage Northern Beaches to verify the existence of such insurance.

It is the provider or organiser’s responsibility to keep Engage Northern Beaches up to date with any changes to services, products or activities, or cancellation of an event posted on the Engage Northern Beaches website. Engage Northern Beaches takes every reasonable effort to ensure that event details are correct at time of publication, but accepts no responsibility for changes or cancellation of an event or activity, incorrect information submitted to our website via the list with us form, or the attendees personal experience at the event.

Events may be sourced by the Engage Northern Beaches team or submitted by the event organiser or by an individual not employed or connected with either Engage Northern Beaches or the organiser of the event/activity.

We create and accept listings submitted from event organisers and other providers.
