We are on a mission to make it easy for parents and carers to engage with their kids.

How it started.

The truth is I was sitting in my kitchen pulling my hair out trying to find things to do with my kids, desperate to get out with them, but finding it extremely difficult to find new things to do locally, or finding out about things too late. Then I read the book “The five second rule”…. and 5,4,3,2,1 - here we are!

So here is a dream coming to life that we will continue to build on. My heart is so hopeful that this platform will impact you and your family in a really positive way and that you’ll create so many memories over these short years while the kids are young.

Our Vision

Is to be an invaluable resource, impacting families across the Northern Beaches and beyond and to provide a platform for all providers to showcase what they offer, raising awareness of all of the things you can do with your kids.

Our Goal

That you no longer find yourself frustrated that you go to the same playground, find it difficult to find things to do, or hear about something last minute or too late. Our goal is that you’ll be ahead of the game, without having to be ahead of the game!

Why Engage?

Life is busy, right? ... and even more so when we start a family. Engage was born from a personal conviction and passion to be present and stay continually engaged with my family, while also successfully navigating everything else that life seems to demand of me.

What I’ve learned is that, more than anything, our kids are desperate for connection - for love and relationship. My hope is that Engage will help us make the most of these days while our kids are young. We all know (or find out very quickly) that the days are long but the years are short!

Engage is a FREE online search tool, for everyone. It’s a free resource for parents and carers who are looking to find things to do with their kids - quickly and easily. It’s also a free platform for providers and organisers to list their kid/family friendly event or activity.

If you want to find out what's on tomorrow, over the weekend, after school or during the school holidays, Engage will do the work for you. If you are thinking about it in the moment or planning weeks in advance, you can do both. Everything is at your fingertips, from activities, events, holiday programs, new places to explore and local things to do.
